Bio

Debra Minich received her BS Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University and subsequently has over 25 years of experience in managed care working within a large health plans, employer groups and self-insured clients.

Deb is currently Director, Client Services with Prescient Holdings Group (PHG) in San Diego, California. In this role Deb is responsible for formulary strategy and rebate management for PHG’s client base.

Previously she held the position of VP, Clinical Account Services at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. In this capacity she was responsible for clinical account support for both the Managed Care and Self-insured business segments. She managed a staff of over 50 Clinical Program Managers/Analysts and Directors while supporting over 150 key clients. She also served as the Clinical Market Development Director responsible for the Midwest.  Upon hire Deb was the Director, Medicare Business Strategy.

Before joining MedImpact, Deb was the EVP, General Manager for Sanovia Corporation, a prior authorization software and business partnership company in Philadelphia. Deb also has specialty pharmacy experience, as a clinical pharmacist in Managed Markets with Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, where she was responsible for their successful CKD DM URAC accreditation.

Deb has held various management positions with over 10 years of service within Wellpoint NextRx including Staff VP of Internal Business and Staff VP, Product Development.  Deb was a CPM for BCBSM Michigan and was responsible for their largest segment of managed indemnity business. She began her managed care work at Express Scripts, as a clinical pharmacist.
